Islamabad: The Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (Suparco) has announced the launch of Pakistan's Indigenous Electro-Optical (EO-1) satellite, scheduled for January 17. The satellite will be launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in China.
The EO-1 satellite represents a significant technological advancement for Pakistan. Designed to capture high-resolution optical images of Earth, it is equipped to serve various applications, including environmental monitoring, urban development, agricultural analysis, and defense operations.
